Some of their responsibilities include: Ensure that the various Call-out, Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil Honor ceremony teams are recruited and properly well-trained. See that all Call-out teams use the approved Lodge script Serve as a resource for Chapter Ceremonial Teams Maintain ceremonial equipment for all ceremonies Assist the chapters in obtaining adequate ceremonial equipment for chapter use Train chapters to be able to assist Cub Packs with OA related crossover ceremonies Recruit and train new ceremonialists year-round Be aware of National Policy regarding ceremonies and training of ceremonialists as set forth in the Guide to Inductions Contacts:
