Past Chiefs

2003 - 2004: Charles Mitchell III

Charlie was elected into the Order of the Arrow in 1999, converted to brotherhood in 2000 and became a vigil member in 2003. Charlie Served as Banquet Chairman, Costumes Chairman, Chapter Vice Chief of the Tri-County Chapter and Secretary of Nentego Lodge for two terms before being elected Lodge Chief in 2003. He is the recipient of the Pappy Clark Award and the Founders Award.  He has attended many conclaves and traveled to Ames Iowa as Lodge Chief for the 2004 NOAC. 

He is a member of troop 115 where he received his Eagle Scout rank, with three palms in 2003. Charlie was also a member of crew 115 where he went to Florida Sea Base and received the Venturing Leadership Award. He has also worked at Henson Scout Reservation from 2002 - present as Eagle Base Director, Scoutcraft Director and the camp Health and Safety Director. 

Charlie is from Salisbury, Maryland and currently attends the University of Delaware where he is a Civil Engineering Major. He is also a member of the University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit.
