"Pappy" Award

The "Pappy" Award is presented annually to two Del-Mar-Va Council OA youth members in memory of Jim and Betsy Clark for their dedication to Scouting, Community Service and Education. Scout Leaders, Family, Neighbors or Friends can make nominations. Selection will be based on Scouting Advancement and Community service beyond that required for Scouting Advancement and Academic Achievement.
